THE CD OLD SCHOOL, IS A FANTASTIC MIX OF A LOT OF THAT MUSIC WE HAVE NOT HEARD FOR A LONG TIME. SAY FOR ALMOST 40 YEARS. THIS CD BRINGS ALL OF THAT BACK ALIVE BUT ONLY ON CD FORM AND ENHANCED SO THAT IT SOUNDS LIKE IT IS A LIVE CONCERT WITH MIXED ARTIST.
DO YOURSELF. IF YOU ARE A BABY BOOMER FROM THE 50's, 60's OR EVEN 70's YOU WILL LOVE THIE COMBINATION OF THE GREATEST ARTEST OF OUR TIME.
LETS ALL LISTEN AND GET DOWN WITH THE MUSIC THAT WILL NEVER DIE AS LONG AS WE ARE HERE ON THIS EARTH. JOHN-DEMUDBUG

I think that I also could have enjoyed this dvd more with all the performances by the artists if they showed the artists. Too much showing audience singing (look at Wilbert Harts Delfonics). If I wanted to see that much audience participation at a concert I would have just thrown a house party if I wanted to see people other than the artists sing.

This is my favorite DVD. All of the Old School Soul DVDs are great.But this one is the best. The band is great The artists are (of course) older, but they still sound great.I purchased it back in September 2006. Believe me you not gonna beat this one.

This music video collection is awesome and brought back so many memories from back in the day. Back in time when artists actually dressed up on stage and presented themselves in a classy way. No sagging pants, guys holding themselves just walking around the stage like their mad at somebody. Today's music (rap in particular) is so angry and vulgar. These old school folks really knew how to croon and make a person feel good. And they had stage presence and great coordination. Buy this video, invite your friends and have a good old school party! Maybe even karaoke to the tunes.

This DVD brings back a lot of good memories from the 60s and 70s.

The image and sound quality on the vast majority of the performances
is excellent, although a few are just fair.

This is real finger-popping grown folks music, that will have
you up singing and dancing after the first 2 minutes ---
its well worth buying!
